Russian Cultural Gardens

The Board of Directors of the Russian Cultural Garden propose to establish the Russian Garden in the Rockefeller Park and plan to design and build such a Garden within 5 years time. We plan to attract support from the Russian community in Cleveland, throughout Ohio and, probably, from around the United States (The Cleveland Cultural Gardens of course is a unique and one-of-a-kind place in America and it attracts a lot of interest from people outside of Cleveland). We plan to raise sufficient funds to build a complementary attractive garden in the park and will work hard to achieve this goal. Those funds should come from Russian businesses and private citizens in Cleveland and Ohio, American businesses that are interested in doing business with Russia, businesses in Russia that would like to do business in America. We would also welcome, of course, Friends of Russian culture to contribute.

We plan to have an international landscape design competition that would produce an attractive complementary garden plan. We plan to hire an experienced landscape architect who will sufficiently  create our garden  to be representative of our vision and complement the jewel that the Cleveland Cultural Gardens symbolize for our great Cleveland community.

Please, support our cause. We want to proudly represent The Cleveland Cultural Gardens, The City of Cleveland, and our culture and heritage through our Russian Cultural Garden.

Thank you very much!

Svetlana Stolyarova – President
Sergio Lebid – Vice-president
Boris Vinogradsky, MD – Board member
